THE CHALLENGE

The application must handle linguistic differences both between countries and domestically, supporting configuration at various levels (country, brand, area, sales channel, store/warehouse). It must import actual data (e.g., sales, effective hours, ineffective hours, pieces) daily from external systems or manually. It should allow manual export of planned sales and hours to an external solution. The application must be available 24/7/365 and be user-friendly, self-explanatory, and easy to use.

THE SOLUTION

The application must support processes for actuals, budget, and planning for store managers and group leader warehouses, accommodating around 4500 users. It should support budget guidelines and start-up criteria at the country/area level, making the budget process available to store users within one day. Based on the BOARD software, the solution must facilitate real-time reporting for country and global controllers and create a unique "point of truth" for the business data dictionary.
