Ahmed Hozayen leads the company’s operations in SDG Middle East, with responsibility for businesses in Egypt, UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. He also oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets.
In his previous role with SDG Middle East, he served as the Managing Consultant tasked with building, developing, and nurturing a local team with competencies needed to achieve fast-paced strong and sustainable growth towards recognized market leadership and dominance in Data Analytics and Performance Management.
Before that, Ahmed led the delivery of various large complex transformation projects in the region following a tight collaboration delivery model leveraging local and international consulting teams from the different SDG Group subsidiaries in efforts to transition the skills and methodology of SDG Group into SDG Middle East.
While in charge of ongoing project delivery and execution as Senior Consultant, he was also instrumental in building and developing the partnership with multiple mega SW vendors in the region (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Celonis), driving sales and growing revenues in double- and triple-digit growths through tough times of turmoil and political and economic unrest in Egypt.
Before joining SDG in Sep. 2014, Ahmed led and delivered more than 20 medium and large-scale Analytics and Performance Management projects in five industries with heavy emphasis on the Banking industry across seven different countries with two specialized boutique consulting firms.
Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Engineering and Technology from the German University in Cairo.
