THE CHALLENGES

  • At the start of the project, the local KPIs in the various branches of Daiichi Sankyo Europe were displayed in different dashboards which did not allow for a uniform overview at European level and comparisons with each other.

The dashboards of the subsidiaries were often poorly performing, unclear, not intuitive for the users and did not contain all relevant information.
