Guido Berlucchi & C S.p.A. is the parent company of the Berlucchi group, founded in 1955 by Guido Berlucchi, Franco Ziliani and Giorgio Lanciani.

This winery company is positioned as a leader in the Italian market for the classic method sparkling wines with a production of more than 5,000,000 bottles per year, owning about 630 hectares of vineyards in Franciacorta, 100 in Trentino, 150 in Oltrepò Pavese area and 3 wine production centres in Borgonato (Brescia), Lavis (Trento) and Casteggio (Pavia).

The following companies are part of the group: Antica Fratta SpA, founded in 1979 with headquarters in Monticelli Brusati (BS), 350,000 bottles a year with 9 hectares of vineyards and Caccia al Piano 1868 SpA founded in 2003 with headquarters in Castagneto Carducci (LI) and a production of 100,000 bottles over a range of about 18 hectares of vineyards.
