Matteo Verdari, new member of SDG consulting Italy's Board of Directors

SDG Group has appointed Matteo Verdari as new member of the Board of Directors of the Italian subsidiary of the Group and director of Fashion & Luxury Business Unit.

After a long experience in leading international consultancies, followed by three years as executive manager in SDG, Matteo Verdari, 39, joins the Board of Directors of SDG Italy and will lead the business unit dedicated to services for companies operating in  the Fashion & Luxury industry.

The Luxottica project, an example of excellence for the analysts

The Operational Performance Management project made by Luxottica Group SpA, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of premium and luxury eyewear, in collaboration with SDG consulting has been selected by Gartner analysts as an example of excellence in Performance Management. The project being implemented is allowing the Luxottica Group to optimize performance for each node of the supply chain and integrate the various production processes with the aim of developing a model of logistics excellence.
