Business analyst is usually a high potential graduate, holding a major in at least one of SDG practices. After in-house and on-the-job training sessions, he will be assigned to on-site projects and will start working on single tasks under the supervision of the Project Manager.
Consultants bring consistent experience on one or more SDG practices. They know how to work in teams and have developed analytical skills after having secured implementation ones. Consultants help Project Manager on both problem setting and problem solving tasks. They are ready to be responsible for the delivery of some important stages of the project.
Professionals bringing proven expertise in Business Intelligence and Performance Management. They developed project management and specific industry know-how, have partial project responsibilities and perform activities under the supervision of SDG's Managers.
After several years experience and in-depth knowlegde of at least one of the SDG practices. They are responsible for clients' projects and accountable for client relationship. Managers can be in charge of the Management Team. Their main internal responsibility is to bring new ideas, develope new solutions, and ensure high standards on customer service levels.
In the long term, after excellent results are achieved and new business generation has been proved, a Manager might be promoted to the Director level. At this point he/she will be involved in strategic business development and have full responsibility on specific business performance within the area of interest (Industry/Service).
A Principal is a Director having management responsabilities on either Country level or as International practice leader. Principals have a major role in defining business and growth strategies, together with achieving business goals.Videos
